Ticket office at it again!

Absolute disaster.

- Royal mail bag goes missing for the semi.
- Tickets not arriving for this one.
- Paying £5+ for special delivery only to find out first class had been used on some tickets.

They need to look at a different service, post is one of the most competitive industries out there at the moment isn't it?
 
there were queues for hours every day for semi and final tickets, fans clamoured to be able to buy on-line, the club listened to that and made them available on-line and now people moan about that!!

TBH if I were City, I would have had them available on-line, on the phone and in person all of the time - its then personal choice whether to queue up or stay at home to get tickets.

Also, I dont think that the phone ticket sales are controlled by City for this? I think its controlled by Wembley?

I know people who have bought via the web and phone and received their tickets with no problem...
 
To all who have had no problems receiving their tickets that's great. But as far as I'm concerned if I can't go to the ticket office in future. Then I will not be buying a ticket. What is to say some fans will get to wembley & they have no ticket waiting for them. It's no good blaming outside parties for the fuckup. City gave them the contract & it is up to them to make sure things work. Plus I am still waiting for my season ticket to arrive.

Never ever again will I buy a ticket on line or over the phone, last season I had a similar problem via the phone lines and eventually had to take time out to go down to the ticket office and get it sorted, this time though is unforgiveable, i`ve got to go to Wembley and HOPE they will give me duplicate tickets....so much for an enjoyable build up !!!
 
TBH City have f@@ked up big time with this new ticket seller. I cannot understand why, after all these 'SURVEYS' I've received(must be at least 1 a month, have season ticket) they haven't understood our ticketing problems!! I would love to apply on-line all the time. But for nostalgia you should always be able to buy at the ground!! Why can't they receive ticket requests on-line and then allocate the tickets when your points level become available.
