Ticket Office Issues

Anyone else having issues speaking to the ticket office? Well may may not be exactly the ticket office option 1 option 1 option 4. All I want to do is add my son the friends and family list. Won't let me do it in the app.

Tried 5 times today, on hold in a queue the 5 minutes later you just hear an automated "Good Bye" and disconnects.

Trying to renew Cityzen card which expires Sunday…. Left on speaker phone for over an hour with no answer ???
Any one know of another number to call ??
 
The ticket office has been outsourced which is a massive problem, was on hold for three times for well over an hour as they can't transfer you to the people you need to talk to. Someone mentioned an email address, can you share please
