Anyone else having issues speaking to the ticket office? Well may may not be exactly the ticket office option 1 option 1 option 4. All I want to do is add my son the friends and family list. Won't let me do it in the app.
Tried 5 times today, on hold in a queue the 5 minutes later you just hear an automated "Good Bye" and disconnects.
