Ticket Office Phone Lines

Starting to really bug me. Been trying for a Fulham ticket all morning, get in the queue then 10-15 mins in it just reverts to the engaged tone! Very poor customer service.
Anyone else had problems?

I called up yesterday to check my gf's supporter number and was told a >30minutes delay, and waited for 32mins. 30 seconds actually on the query though! I've always found the staff dead helpful, just takes ages to get through.

Phoning the TO is a complete waste of time.
It's much easier to buy tickets online if you have access to a PC.

I wasnt even aware you could book away tickets on line. When did that change? Ive done it anyway and they dont charge you the £2.50 booking fee you get charged on the phone yet they still post your ticket to you. strange?

Didsburyblu - it changed at the start of this season. I booked our Comm Shield and Bolton tickets online and they were delivered in the post. There's no £2.50 to pay for booking online. Fulham are the same (subject to Loyalty Points).

It's a big improvement on the telephone system.
