Tickets on someone else's STC

A very generous person has agreed to let me get a Hamburg away ticket using his ST. Does anyone have experience of how i can go about this without some jobsworth at the club denying the application.
For example is there a prob paying for the ticket on my credit cards, will they only send the ticket to the home address (understandably). Are there are other potential probs I haven't considered ?
Any help appreciated.

What about getting them delivered, are you at the same address ?

Just tell them what address you want them sending to. Used my mates before and had no problems

ah i get them delivered home then my dad posts them up to me...tho if you ask i think they will change the postal address

just the number...went down the the TO on tuesday to get everton tickets with my dads card, just read out his number, didnt have the card with me, or my frieinds card, and i picked up 2 tickets

Small prob that I drive for a hospice on Fridays and its too short notice for them to get another volunteer now.
I'm a bit concerned that asking them to send to a different address and paying on a card with another name is going to cause a problem.
Thinking of getting my girlfriend to phone and book on her card and picking up from club over the weekend,any thoughts.
