I've not received my PLATINUIM which I paid for aprox two month ago my Bolton ticket which I paid for maybe two week ago hasn't arrived.I've rang the ticket office maybe six or seven times no apology though I accept the poor fuckers working the tills have little influence.Good job I I'm a staunch Blue but I'm pretty sure the money man wouldn't be too happy if he knew what was appertaining .

just phoned tkt office to see where Bolton tkt is. Was told all remaining tkts were sent out yesterday but if they not on the doorstep tomorrow to ring back and they are going to duplicate tickets which we can get from Bolton tkt office on Sunday.
Load of frikkin shite.

I had my card mate did not have his.
Went to the portacabin thing near the big screen and he waited for about 20 mins to get his ticket (paper one). Came out and realised he had been given the wrong one. Went back in again and another 20 mins later comes out with the correct one.
