Time for a shake up

We are in dreadful form. No one can deny this. We are not playing well, not threatening enough, and are conceding too many goals (apart from wigan when was the last CS?).

All season mancini has rarely changed the team structure. Barry has been a regular, but has been poor last few games (awful last night). He needs a rest cos playing him out of form wont help anyone.

Nasri. Been glimpses of quality but is not playing well enough to hold a regular place down. He can be dropped in order to change the style.

Dzeko. Where to start. In dreadful form, needs dropping. His presence ruins our flow when attacking at the moment. He is also expendable like nasri.

Kolarov. Awful, rarely contributes when coming on as a sub (apart.from 1 or 2 crosses or a free kick), and still looks like a liability at the back as soon as he steps on the pitch. I propose start bringing zaba on, he has more drive that rubs off on the team. If we had more players i wouldnt even have kolarov on the bench atm.

I want mancini to make us more defensively solid. De jong needs to be starting, but he wont. If pizarro is neat he can play in the midfield for me.

This is an alternative that features no out of form players.

Forget kolarov, get suarez on the bench (i know hes away atm), give razak more time if need be, harry bunn on the bench?

I'd like to know how many minutes some of our players have played in comparison to other teams. Our highest is probably Silva, Barry, Richards, Aguero, Kompany?

What's that like compared to Rooney, Nani, Valencia, Modric, Parker, Bale, Adebayor, Mata, RVP, etc etc.

Feels like our players peaked physically around October and are now a bit leggy.

I worry that the pressure is gettin to the lads ... Yaya is a huge miss for us and our strikers are not ruthless enough . But my biggest fear is that Tevez will be back playing and bobby will suck upto him as pressure builds ... Not a good time to be a blue at the moment I couldn't watch the game last night as I was work and had rely on ESPN and when they scored I wanted to smash my phone ..... Why its a foooking game but it makes me angry when we lose ......

aguero. play the ball on the deck, as we were when we were playing well, and keep sergio on the shoulder of the CBs. any ball through the defence and aguero can run onto it, he has great pace but they way we play doesn't really make the most of it

We look like a team devoid of ideas, it needs someone to grab the game by the scruff of the neck. Instead we have 11 players looking for direction and leadership but no one's around to grasp it.

Our loss in form will be the incentive Spuds and the Rags need to push on. Can't see how the team can overcome this, it's not just about last night, we have been riding our luck for weeks now playing poorly and with 15 games to push, something needs to happen to improve the momentum!

It's time for Platt to take one for the team and absolutely lay into all the refereeing decisions we have had this season! especially Walton and mention in the last 5 games he has refereed us he has been diabolically a one sided refereeing display! Then lets see if we don't have him as ref for the next 12 months just like what happens when that Sir KUNT has a go at a ref!

imo dzeko should be dropped, we play better without him and he's devoid of any confidence atm. We also need players who are willing to scrap for the cause so ndj and zab should be brought into the fray, you could take dzeko out of last nights team and replace him with ndj and we'll look so much better i reckon.
