Absolute rubbish! Capello number 1? How's that work? If Fergie doesn't want Rio to play for England in a qualifier or friendly then there's nothing Capello can do about it so how is he more powerful? Exactly what power within football, let alone sport, does the cheating Scouse bastard have in his grasp besides some element of financial and commercial power for stuffing his own bank account.
