not sure where else this would go but starting to really consider picking up a web subscription through the times as it seems like they're real quality when it comes to sports above every other paper and looks like they have some good web content as well (blogs/podcasts etc.) anyone else have one and is it worth it u think?

I have one and for 10 quid a month its well worth it.

That said the Telegraph is good also and free.

I think it's only a quid to try it for the day.

I've had my Times Subscription for a couple of years now and I think it's great.

I get a voucher book with three month's worth of vouchers, and I've only ever been into two shops that wouldn't accept them.

Free Times Online, Times Plus, etc.

I've won competitions through Times Plus, been to the cinema for free loads of times, I get a free gift sent to me every few months (usually a CD, DVD, or book).

Basically, it's ace!

can anyone post a link to subscriber only web articles of the times? I use a method to access sub only web content on some other sites so want to see if it works with the times

I bought The Times on Monday and they had an offer to get a Nexus 7 for £70 if you subscribe.

Yea I would have done that but its not offered in the states, its an absolutely fantastic tablet. What's the total price for the base subscription I.e. just the web login? Its not listed before u pay for it

I subscribe but I don't even remember the price. I've had it for a year so that speaks for itself.

Sorry it was £50 not £70, the offer is for an 18 months subscription at £4 per week. It only mentions the offer not a price without it.

If you are a student, or have a student in the house don't forget you can get a reduced student subscription that appears to last forever (!)
