excuse after excuse.

garrido, onouha, petrov, etuhu and de jong have hardly played this season.

how about, i havnt a clue on how to set a team up, that would be nearer the truth.

Exactly! How can the scum who are fighting on 5 fronts - not 2, still have the "energy" but we can't.
Bollocks Hughes, do you see Vidic not putting a shift in after how many games, or Gerrard after Liverpool's campaigns thus far.

Utter utter shite.

Please go with the little dignity you still have. A lame excuse this lack of energy shit.
Its an insult to every blue's intelligence.

Agreed its total bollocks about tiredness.. the only players that this can really apply to is Ireland, who doesn't seem to complain about being tired (although his performances are looking a little jaded recently) Dunne, Onohua (seem to be spending all game every game holding back the masses) and Petrov and Boj, and thats purely down to the length of time they have been injured.

Petrov for one will not likely to be back to his best till next season after a full pre season, and thats nothing against the lad, just the time it takes to recover from that type of injury. He was blowing out his arse after 5 mins yesterday, but he still managed to look one of our most creative players

There are many things that are irritating about this season but to have the exscuse of tiredness for the awful display tops it all off. Good teams don't get tired because they are too committed.

Plus how they can be tired when apart from Ireland and Zabaletta none of them did much running yesterday.

I'm pretty tired, tired of rent an excuse Hughes!

He's had more money, got a better squad than any City Manager in decades.

Only WBA and Bolton have lost more games FFS!!

I spent 35 hours sat on a coach that week, drank unknown quantities of German ale, had 3 hours sleep in 48 hours...And was still on form and in full voice on sunday...maybe they should have done this also.

Energy levels are key for us. The way we play and create chances demands pace and stamina. We looked totally spent after 55 minutes yesterday.

I regularly hear Benitez, Wenger, Taggart, et al commenting about tiredness after European games, so it's not just Les.

at the start of the season all he went on about was getting the squad up to high fitness levels as it would be a long season..he's made changes to training methods and upgraded the training ground so no excuses really

half the team yesterday diddnt even play mid week so how can they be tired
