Watching match on Firestick via Discovery app, as a BT Sport subscriber. Every single minute get an update on timelines plus notable events. Nothing I do stops it...driving me mad. Any ideas?????

Awful channel. The interviews after the game and analysis are pure cringe and they kept the drug test dodger on.

I'd get rid of it and find a streaming site, not that I will post any links here!haha!

If you login to discoveryplus.com/gb/my-account you can go to streaming settings to turn them off.

I’ve always had the BT Sport app but it’s going to cease on Oct 12th.

Activated my Discovery Plus account as per the instructions on the BT Sport app but it’s asking for new log in details - if I create a new account will by BT Sport credentials simply port over?

If you're a BT customer you just create a new account on Discovery + under your email address used for BT and enter a new password for Discovery.

It's straightforward enough once you're registered.

Was a bit dubious about creating a new account incase it didn’t link up. I’ll try it tomorrow, thanks for the help.

Worked for me as a BT customer with TNT Sports. Just sign in again, download the app, seems ok.

It’s not very clear at all.

If you subscribe through BT you need to log in to your BT app and then create an account from there - it’s clear as mud and made worse at the start of the season that the links were broken

Did you go through your BT account, on there it says manage your discovery app in your account.
