Also met a few of theres before and sound lads unlike boro.

That 90/91 match. We were originally given 10,000 tickets. Then another 2,000. At the most we had a couple of hundred in your end. So I'd make that just over 12,000..

was at the match and from a neutral point of view (in relation to winning the league) city created enough half chances to win 10 games. not too many out and out clear chances but didn't get any lucky bounces and considering how much the ball was zipping around our box thats surprising.

you sometimes get games like that in a season where nothing goes right and frustration set in. maybe the consolation is it wasn't against another contender as that would have done even more damage.
on another day you would have won and it doesn't take me to say we nicked it.

out of all the teams in the race i hope city do it. definately not for the sky brigade or your new found fans, but for the thousands who've watched home and away over the decades through thick and thin. they are the ones who deserve it and i hope get to enjoy it as much as we would.

We haven't won anything for 35 years yet our average home attendance has been 40k for the last 4 years. In the championship we average about 32k. I'd suggest that is very similar to what City would get in a similar situation. Fucking spelk.
