A true City legend. I hate the rags just as much as you lot do,i hope they get relegated into oblivion or the glazers bankrupt them. However, having just watched a vid in off topic of their special derby day (the you tube thread) posted by bluemanc,i am proud to be a blue and a manc. Now like most of you, i have family,friends and workmates who are rags and i enjoy winding them up at every opportunity. I am immensley proud of our club (even in those typical city moments when we manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory) but please can we banish to the past those horrible chants.
We are on the verge of a new era for city, lets leave the scumbag fans back in the old one.
Sorry but it's the one thing that makes me ashamed to be a City fan.
A minority i know but it's time we the majority sorted this out.

i agree wholeheartedly. we are at the brink of being able to take the piss out of them over what happens on the pitch. let's forget what happened off it 52 years ago. i admit that i was guilty of this in my younger days but as i grew up i realised what a twat i was being every time i sang one of these songs. as a club we are better than that. leave it to leeds and the dippers i say.
 
couldnt agree more. no need for it. id say its getting fazed out now though, year by year. it will never go away but its now one or two people singing and the rest looking down on them or even telling them to shut up.

YOU STARTED THE DISASTER SONGS BY CHANTING ABERFAN AT THE CARDIFF CITY FANS IN 1974 THE SEASON AFTER WE RELEFATED YOU.
SORRY BUT I AM ASHAMED TO SHARE THE SAME AIR AS FILTH LIKE YOU THAT CHANT SONGS ABOUT THE DEATH OF 144 PEOPLE 118 OF THEM CHILDREN,I GIVE YOU 2 WORDS FUCK OFF.
