This is just the governement, at the end of the day you cant make Togo take part and from the players and manager are saying they wont.

No way they can make them play after what has happened. Its sad but at the end of the day the whole tournement should have been called off, should never have been held there in the first place, plenty of other countries in Africa where this could have been held safely.
