Just seen it, actually not as clear cut as people make out. It's still a penalty but because Rafael didn't go down and almost sort of took control of the ball, it made it less clear cut.

It's not really a matter of whether you've seen it given, but of whether it's a penalty according to the rules and it clearly is.

Didn't watch it on ESPN....I just watched the video on my computer on the internet on 101 goals without any sound, so I can make my own judgements all by myself thanks!

As I said, it's a penalty but not a stonewaller for me but it's a penalty.
