Sad to see that Tony Mowbray has had to step down at Birmingham after undergoing surgery. I really hope he can make a full recovery and return to management. Always had a lot of time for him even as an opponent for Boro where he was a tough, old school centre half and later Celtic and Ipswich. He's been a good manager reviving Blackburn and Sunderland snd done good jobs elsewhere. Very best wishes to one of football's good guys and gentleman.

Not sure how many clubs in the top two tiers would go for him? Norwich, possibly (think they sacked Wagner?). Or Ipswich, if McKenna gets a bigger gig?

Or back to "The World's Greatest Club"™?
He’s a really safe pair of hands for any club outside of the top of the Premier League. He might not be a club‘s first choice, but they could do far worse.

He could go abroad too.

He did well at West Ham, to be fair. Pellegrini left them in a mess, and Moyes steadied the ship. Got them their first trophy in God knows how long as well. Most West Ham fans do realise the job he did there, to be fair.
