It is noticeable that City are treated like shit by the FA, the press and match officials. This has been the case for as long as I can remember. For too long now, the management and officials of the club have remained silent and impassive in the face of bad treatment. The latest episode with Adebeyor is a point in fact. Can you imagine the outrage that you would get from United, Arsenal, Liverpool etc if the same injustice happened to them? Baconface would have been publicly humiliating the referee from the moment Adebeyor was sent off. What we have from City is silence. Mancini's poor English doesn't help, but you would think that someone, somewhere associated with the Club would have unleashed. I appreciate that this may have resulted in a longer ban/fine etc, but if officials and others who have it in for us know that all hell will break loose if they give blatantly wrong decisions, or with the press, they get banned, sued or both for over negative comments, I think that over the long term, things would change. Belligerence works for Utd and others, so why not us?

Last season, Terry had a sending off reduced to a booking (against us), why? - because they kicked off at what they saw as an injustice (in fact, it was a definate red). We need to toughen up and stop being so gentlemanly about the way we're treated. Unless we stop being such pussies, we'll continue to be treated like shit.

I agree with you.

I agree, and i posted something similar the other day.

It doesn't pay to sit there in silence, and say it will balance its self out at the end of the season.

Look at the clubs that storm the ref, Chelsea, the rags, Liverpool.

The idea that people say 'You don't get penanlties at..........' makes it easy for the ref. If you say that, the media just shrugs it off when the refs miss it and look for another story, yet if one of the 'Top 4', don't get a pen, its back page news for a week because of all the up roar these teams make. This must play on the refs mind, as they know they will be scutenised for the next few games and think they would prefer an easy life.

What is their email address, anyone. I want to know why Ade's previous ban was said to be for violent conduct, when everyone knows it was not.

This is exactly what I was saying on another thread. We seem to be the only club that doesn't have the guts to stand up to the FA. And why not? We have the financial clout to ruffle more than a few feathers. We could afford the best lawyers should the the FA not back down.
We could start with an official complaint about Peter Walton. Either that man is grossly incompetent or he's as bent as a nine-bob note. Either way he should in no way be permitted to referee any more of our games.

Pisses me off that we're happy to let cnuts like Gill fuck us over and backwards time and time again.

I agree with the thread starters comment. The point about never getting a penalty is simple, the better team will spend more time in your penalty area thus having more chance of a penalty, simples.

tell you what royal oak it would be totally entertaining on the touchline if we did use him, he would make a good spokesman that could you imagine custis saying something derogatory, warnock would just say who are you, you little fat t--t go and eat dozen donuts you homer simpson faced tit? get him in make him el supremo?

What we need is Warnock as assistant manager.
