1. Arsene Wenger - Took his team through a whole season unbeaten. Has style and gets his teams playing proper football.
2. Alex Ferguson - Can't argue with his success, but too often plays spoiling tactics and just not likeable. That said, if there is a way to win, he usually finds it.
3. Martin O'Neil/ Harrry Redknapp - Hard to split these two. Both great motivators and tactically astute. They both 'over achieve' with limited resources.
