Gimme Shelter for me is the standout at number one.
Sister Morphine is number two, as you can't beat a session of bottle neck slide guitar.
Number three The Last Time.

Loathe to leave out Jumpin' Jack Flash, Brown Sugar, Salt Of The Earth, but it's got to be done. Shame.
