At what point do you decide a manager has failed? It's also about people - at the club - backing their judgment and assessing what they see of the manager, which should be a whole lot more than we do. If they can see that he is doing the things he has told them he will do and they think they will lead to success, they should continue to back him. Now whether we have the right people at the club to judge the manager properly is an interesting question. I don't really favour Director of Football roles but I would like to see someone on the board who truly understands football.
