Class is permanent and on his day the guy is one of the very best in the world. I'd be just as happy with the signing as I would 12 months ago, a bit of understandable bad form resulting from injuries isn't gonna change that.

If Liverpool are still doing shite in January with no new owners (the second part at least looks certain, don't it?) then it's the ideal time for us to pounce :)

Correctamundo. I wouldn't wanna line Liverpools pockets too much though. I wouldn' go over £40 million. But Tevez and Torres up front with David Silva behind would be breathtaking.
