What is the current situation regarding Tosin?

On the US tour, even in the absence of Vinnie, Stones, and Otamendi, Tosin still only appeared in one match and got less game time than Garcia, Humphreys and Denayer.

Does anyone think he still has a good chance of making the first team here, or does his future lie elsewhere?

Never a first team player here,he hasn't shown the expected progression.

He’s nowhere near good enough, and I’d question his attitude if he hangs around doing nothing for another year

I have no idea why we were so desperate to extend his contract last year. Never looked good enough in my opinion. Needs to be sold or loaned out at the very least.

Thought last season he improved with every game. Was noticeably better than Mangala when they played together. Don’t know if he’ll make it with us but he does have potential.

Great to see him go on loan, hopefully he plays a lot.

There must be a feeling that there is a decent player in there and we can make a few million out of a future deal

A loan means he won't become locally homegrown, right?

Born September 1997. Contract until 2021.
Signed for City 1 Jan 2016, that's 30 months for City up to now.

Needs 36 months to count as locally-trained homegrown before turning 21, which will happen in 7 weeks.
Seems not to be important for City.

He’s been at City for years - not that it matters because he’s never going to be first team material
