When he has played with the first team he seems to lose the ball too often, so I can see why Pep's reluctant to play him.
tbh i mgith be wrong but i think i remember him losing it maybe once or twice against celtic. hes only played one full game, so its hard to judge a players based on that.
True, but the more mistakes he makes the more his confidence will be damaged and the more fans will grow frustrated with him. He's still only just 19 so plenty of time. being a young player i dont think the fans would get on his back. and he will make mistakes. but i think that should be allowed. fair enough i dont think hes ready yet either, but i think he deserved more game time, especially with centre backs form.

And that's certainly no more than Kolarov, Stones, Otamendi or any other of our CBs have been guilty of this season. We just notice it more cos hes a kid.

I think people are just looking for reasons why Pep might not be picking him more. He's been good when he's had the chance.

I think people are just looking for reasons why Pep might not be picking him more. He's been good when he's had the chance.
I think the answer to that is that many of us, certainly myself, hyped up how much Pep actually uses kids.
