Totenham Hotspur 3 Manchester City 4

i went there in a group of 4, 3 of us city fans, 1 of us a spurs fan. sat in the city end, and i have never seen anyones mood change quite as much as my spurs mate!

we also sat next to a couple of lads, one of them was telling the other at half time that they should go home, get back to manchester early, cause we were never going to come back from 3-0 down with 10 men and anelka off injured.
The other lad said 'no, we should stay. we have come all the way to london, we should see the game out'. the other lads reply was 'well you can stay, but im fucking driving, so unless you want to sort your own way home i suggest you come with me!' So off they both went.........

Driving home after the game, listening to a phone-in, this guy came on saying how he would never forgive his brother for making him leave at half-time, and missing one of the greatest comebacks, not just for city, but in english football history!

I can only imagine the language in that car home as the goals were going in!

Not sure Liam, went to that game too mate. Neville sent off for the headbutt on McManaman.....was under the influence so that's my excuse!!
 
I was working in a kitchen as a pot wash and listerning to it on the radio. I turned it off at half time but switched it back on again because I felt guilty. I almost got the sack in the end for running round the pub in my seggy apron when the fourth went in.

Just reminded me. I was in with the rags for sunday's derby and loads of the fuckers left with more than 5 minutes to go. Ha Ha Ha

yes he did mate, he mate another great save from a free kick as well in that game but they scored from the rebound IIRC
