A big worry was a 2 hour match today - such a big goal from Eric :-)
 
Great overall team performance. I was a bit nervy in H2 because we slowed down, but fuck me, we deserved the win.

Phil Foden becoming world class. Hopefully he steps up again for PSG next week.

Respect to the city fans there. Brilliant support as ever....

They never really were in match it was all down to us. Match done, trophy won. Over to Parisians
 
Rags not happy, Laporte should have been sent off, KDB should have been sent off, Ferny should have been sent off.

The referee had been paid off before the game, the referee will be getting paid off after the game and interestingly we also gave him a bung at half time.

We play boring football, it's not fair that we have the ball so much as it doesn't give the opposition chances.

We played with "only" 3 British players in the squad, and our academy is shit.

Possibly we were just the better team with the better squad?

Yeah it’s funny isn’t it. I remember talking to my bro before the rags semi final and we were chatting shit about how a win could be a catalyst for ‘city dominance’ in the future.....mad when you think of it.
