    Hello blues.

I am running the 12 mile tough mudder assault course on September the 12th to raise money for Willow Wood Hospice who gave my nana excellent care before she passed away. I really would appreciate any donations large or small as it is genuinely for a great cause.

    Thanks in advance, Sam.

You've got to be mental mate..I'd say good luck and hope you get no injuries, but it's inevitable.

How so? Done it past 2 years and never had an issue. It's a slow 12 mile jog with a break every mile for an obstacle

I haven't done it. I have just heard stories from a gym I used to go to. A bunch of them went, and they swam in dirty dead rat/bird infested water, got electrocuted, had to jump in skips full of ice water.. there was a lot of twisted things and pulled things and strained things..
