After Arsenal bought the Belgian lad id think that City have been in talks with Arsenal since!

or its been on SSN that we're interested and mugs have bet on it happening so the bookies react accordingly and lowered the odds. Bookies make their prices on money staked as well as risk, the heavier the betting the lower the odds.
