Transfering i-tunes library to another PC

I wish to move my whole i-tunes library from my work PC to my home laptop.

how do I go about doing this as I don't want to have to start again with it as I,ve got about 15000 song on it?

Google for ipod lounge and look in their faq's. Basically you install itunes on the new PC, copy the library files across and do something technical with the settings to make it find that new library.
