Transferring a ticket

Tried to put my sunderland ticket on exchange before 3pm today as I can no longer make it following my operation last week.

Unable to put it on the exchange, also not letting me put it on any of my family and friends

I put mine on at 10am. Been ill most of the week and had to make a prediction if I was going to be well enough tomorrow.

I transferred mine at 1.30am this morning. No problem whatsoever. Done in 2 or 3 minutes.
