Transferring Tickets Question

I bought x 2 Feyenoord tickets for two family members. Sent them the email with the link for them to download the tickets, which they’ve done.
Neither can now make the game.
Can I send the email links to someone else to be used or are those links now null and void because tickets have been downloaded?

I am a FOC and want to transfer my ticket for Everton game to an U18. How do I go about it please? Website doesn’t allow me.

I thought Cityzen's cant send tickets no longer as it loads to the membership. Which you need email and password to load the ticket.
Last year they emailed the ticket and you could forward to a friend or family..
