Travel back to Nice from Monaco?!

Hi All,

For the Monaco game I am staying in Nice but the last train back is at 9:50pm and with the match finishing at 11pm it may be awkward to get back.

I was just looking to see if anyone has any advice on getting back to Nice at that time or if anyone is doing the same at all?

Not done this trip previously, any helpful advice happily received :0)

Cos I am thinking of going to Monaco and doing the same travelling on the day of the match from Nice???

Also will the tickets be sold with the buyer’s name on it??

Last train to Nice that night 23.50pm, so says the Trainline App.

Next train after that is 06.20am Thursday morning

Google Maps says it’s a 30 minute walk or approximately 1 mile or 1.7km

Ubers are relatively cheap. The train is simple too if running.

Ubers are relatively cheap. The train is simple too if running.

According to the internet, Uber are banned from picking up in Monaco, to protect the local taxi firms. Which does suggests that it shouldn't be too much trouble getting a regular taxi.

Sorry if my reply seemed a little sharp
On holiday just now so had just popped in briefly.
Anyway I will be in the same boat/train as you as staying in Nice

Noticed they have now confirmed trains after 11ish so we should all be fine anyway. Just trying to find out where the stops are in Nice as I’m staying nearer the airport so trying to figure out what the closest stop is but it doesn’t say.

Would anyone know how to find out where each of the stops are?

Sorry - my mistake, I can't say 100% obviously but I would imagine it stops at the same stations. Do some searching on SNCF website?
