trouble scrolling down

Bloody hell mate I thought it was only my computer !!!
I`ve had this problem for over a week now and the only way I can view posts is by clicking on the left side of the mouse and highlighting the problem areas.
However,as I scroll further down the worse it gets.
Likewise I have no problems when going into other sites !!
Mods or Ric,any suggestions please ??

I use Internet Explorer but cant understand why it only affects Bluemoon ?

Something to do with IE I think because it happens to me while at work but not at home on chrome or firefox.
