Mind you I booked a hotel 2 miles from Wembley so I suppose we could do a pub crawl to the ground.

Overground from Euston it is, although that goes into Wembley Central which is the Watford end.

The last couple of tube strikes haven't taken down the tube totally and it depends really on what lines, they've ran a reduced service over some of the strikes the past few years.
