Does anybody know how they decide who plays who from the 3rd place finishers? Is there some kind of draw or is it pre-determined?

Its predetermined but a little confusing.
e.g. Spain have qualified already as group leaders and will play a team that finished 3rd in one of group A/ D / E or F.
