Turnstiles Broke! Massives Queues Outside The Ground

Would be pissed off if they kicked off on time with fans outside due to a fault at the ground.

Bollocks they were broke it is this stupid fucking glass tunnel work being done in the season and reducing the south stand to only 2 turnstiles. I always enter via P and was queing till 15 mins into the game, plenty round were people who normally enter through Y but now were having to use P and also only got texted today to let them know, lot of pissed off blues.

Eventually they opened N but a fucking shambles.

A much improved matchday experience for all concerned today at 127.
No bar, huge queues for the toilets and a one way system to get to your seats that very few people understood.
And to top it off a whole row of seats had been removed and some people had tickets for them.

I can see why posters think it's just getting better and better.

Massive queues at Entrance Y at 2:55. Luckily I was going in Z. Looked like the ground wasn't full until 20 minutes in.

I eventually got in 19 mins into the game from P1 after getting there at 2.33. The P2 queue was still round the end of the spiral. When they announced letting them go in N even though it had been on the tannoy outside they were turning people away!

That is just not acceptable in any way and to be honest you should be refunded for that.

Not fucking good enough. Someone needs their P45 over this nonsense.

From where I was sat the SS level 3 was less than half full at the start and nobody was coming in, then about 3.10 people started flooding in and it filled up. Thought it must have been a security scare or something

@worsleyweb thinks it's mint, so I'd keep quiet about it if I were you.

My advice to anyone is make sure you get a refund. The club operations management is a joke - today was entirely predictable and preventable and what really pisses me off is there's no one in these situations who stands up and says "sorry. We fecked up". Instead you get layers of self justification and post rationalisation.
We want to be a global brand but have customer service that would shame a local corner shop

M1 and M2 turnstiles broke down at about 2.40, no one knew what was happening there was a crowd announcement which gave no information. it was a total cluster fuck, they decided to open the metal doors at 3:02 when there was a mad rush to get in. The whole thing was piss poor, as soon as the turnstiles went down the stewards should of opened the doors and checked peoples cards in a more controlled effort. I am surprised if no one got hurt today getting into the ground. I eventually got in at 3:09

New wall had a bit to do with it, been huge queues at p all season yet people persist in turning up at the same time
