worrall thompson was given a police caution so that's the end of the matter. he hasn't even come out of it with a criminal record & that's after tesco installed a security camera specifically to monitor him because they suspected he'd been shoplifting there 5 times in the previous 16 days.

joe public would have had to go to magistrates court to be given a fine & a criminal record. smarmy twat.
