tv licence

There's got to be a better way for the government to fund a small amount of truly distinctive, high quality, public service TV and radio than charging every TV viewer £145, then using a few quid of the money to provide it and wasting the rest of on complete junk like Eastenders, Flog It! Cash in the Attic, Celebrity Cash in the Attic, Casualty, Holby City, Doctors and no less than 4 24/7 pop music stations.

No it's not a choice at all. Not legally at any rate.
yes it is
No it isn't. If you watch live BBC then you are breaking the law. That is a choice in itself like any decision to break the law, but it is not a legal one.

Still, if your £120 is that important to you and you wish to leave others to pay their share whilst you don't bother then fair do's. I'll just wipe a few grand off my tax bill to make up for it. Now that's something I guess you don't agree with.

I don't mind mate be my guest. Drop in the Ocean compared to what the big dogs are doing.

No!

I would nowadays. At the minute if I watch something on itv I will record it and start it 10/15 minutes later and fast forward the adverts.

Apparently that is going to be stopped in the near future. No more fast forwarding adverts
