TV Series

I’m on the fourth episode from the seventh and final season of The Shield.

The latter half of the sixth season was rather disappointing after the brilliant fifth season....and Tina has to be the most pointless character in the show.

is the new west world any good? any horror fans here? whats a good horror series to watch right now?

Could try Season 2 of Castle Rock or Season 2 of The Terror.
No need to have seen the first season of either as they are stand-alone seasons.

Any revisionist mumblings on DEVS?
Someone on here said it was awful so I didn’t bother but then I hear good things too...

Gomorrah. Don’t get all the fuss. It’s just an hour of revenge killing and don Pietro is the worst actor I’ve ever seen. Plus there’s no Fanny.

just finished season 2. Don’t have to worry about don pietro anymore the wooden ****

I quite liked it and have watched every episode. It doesn't change, however, it just continues to produce new enemies with no background.

I"ll probably watch a future series but it is a million miles away from being a classic, as some have said on here.

Homeland finished last night supposedly, I can see that coming back.

This series of Homeland was excellent. It was like the first few series when the script coincided with / predicted world events and this time round it featured a Taliban ceasefire.

If this was the last episode of Homeland, the show has gone out on a high.

Funny programme really. Generally good stories and acting throughout but a few moments where you were left thinking "how convenient" and not sure I could take Carrie's waterworks and quivering bottom lip any more.

Must have had something, though, as I usually give up on a programme after 2 or 3 series and will miss it. A decent finish too but it has run its course for me.

I liked it. I liked it qute a lot.

Yes - I'm two episodes in and I'm hooked.
Different to anything I've seen on Netflix - some British shows jar with me but sometimes they can nail the mood perfectly (this may be a US/UK collaboration though?).
Will catch the 3rd episode tonight. Has this slightly odd vibe to it and thankfully an ace soundtrack to match (that can mess up a great TV show).
