Cowboy bebop been cancelled not surprised I watched 1 episode and thought it was poor never watched another episodes some comics animations are just not made for tv shows.
 
Anyone watching the Scandi drama ‘Girl with the dragon tattoo’ on BBC? I’ve watched the first two and it’s excellent.

Yeah, they basically made the 3 films into a 6 part tv show. 2x90min episodes per film. 4 eps available on iPlayer at the moment with Part 5 airing Saturday @ 9:30pm on BBC4 with the finale the week after (they may add las 2 parts on iPlayer at the smae time as they did with 3&4).

I know I watched the first original then it blurs into Daniel Craig,follow ups and books.

Might watch them all in one go as a catch up. Thanks for the heads up.
 
Just finished watching the 3-episode Britbox series, "The Tower."

It was OK I suppose - I didn't like the ending.

And in particular, among one of the main characters - I felt that the waffling between courageous, outspoken willingness to speak truth - to the ever-too-easy shift to lie - to the once again so-distraught sentiment leading to a near suicide by jumping off the Tower... I found this to-and-fro unbelievable.
 
We are just recovering from, and sitting out, isolation time on COVID...
Some binge watching means watching Wheel of Time crazy bat shit mystical tosh but just about right for my current concentration levels...

If it's the original films (will not the Daniel Craig shite version of the first) I hope it is the subtitled and not dubbed.
They were all excellent but quite distinct genres
The first film was really a Thriller
The second an Action movie
The third a Court Room Drama.
Very cleverly done.
Along with Old Boy my favourite foreign language films.

Old Boy also had a shockingly bad Hollywood make over. When you watch it you will question how Hollywood even thought they could cover it...
You you will need to prepare yourself for one hell of a twist...
