I'll be honest mate, one of the first things I thought of when I read up on him was you.

Mate, I had a real eye opener when I went to the Caribbean for the first time.
Let's just say that I had no knowledge whatsoever re: their heritage.
And Johnny Depp played Tonto. Couldn't make it up (but they did).

Watched 3 episodes of succession because I saw it getting rave reviews but to be honest Im wondering whether it gets going or if I just need to call it and say its not right for me, not disliking it but only watching about 1 episode a week because Im not into it yet

Finished Borgen : Power and Glory on Netflix last night. One of the very best series (9 years on).
Superb script and acting once again. Managed to work in Russia/Ukraine, America/China and the menopause, with some great Greenland backdrops.
Very easy to follow despite subtitling.

1883 is nothing like Yellowstone.
I have just downloaded Lonesome Dove so going to watch that the next couple of weeks.Hopefully it is as good as I remember it.
