A complicated one.
I always completely loathed It's a Knock-Out, but when Stuart Hall was hosting it, I felt I had to sort of tolerate it out of City solidarity. (Embarrassingly, they introduced something rather like it for the half-time “entertainment” at the Etihad at one point, and then thankfully dropped it fairly quickly). Then when all Hall's dirty laundry came out in the wash, I felt completely justified in hating it.
I see that guy's still alive. Bit of a pity that he's such a scumbag. Was always very articulate and even quite witty about the blues, in a time when it wasn't at all fashionable to stand up for us.
