All professional footballers have two feet so why dont they use them!

My major gripe when watchin a match is hearin fans commentators etc excusing players with "it fell onto his wrong foot" or "he needed time to get it onto his right foot"

Bollocks professional footballers should be able to kick, shoot and cross with both feet!

When I was a lad, before the days of playstation etc, when u played footie on the road I used to practice for hours kickin the ball with my left foot so I could use both in a match!

Although primarily right footed I would never hestitate if the ball came to my left foot to shoot cross or pass with it!

OK sometimes the ball went astray but the more I practiced the better I became!

Christ surely if I can do it why cant professionals do it, say spend half an hour a day after trainning practicing with their weaker foot!

If they dont do it willingly surely managers/coaches should make them do it as they would be better players for it!

I like watchin Bellamey play when the ball comes to him and he cant get a shot off as the defender is blockin he in an instant will switch feet to get an extra yard so as to shoot!

the number of goals he has got doing this simple exercise is unbelievable!

Zabaleta is one of our most two footed players, he quite often cuts inside and crosses with his left.

As much as I like him, Gareth Barry is totally useless with his other foot, and never uses it FULL STOP

he needs to be doing a few practices with his other foot.

maybe he's not great on the dribble with his right foot but I've seen Barry put in some deadly accurate passes and crosses with his weaker foot, even this season.

Was refereeing Stockport 'A' and Bury one Sat morning, unbelievably they 'forgot' the corner flags so I sent them back to the ground for them. knocking in with the players just to keep warm when one of the Stockport lads says to me "who did you play for"
I said "nobody you'd have heard of". He looked very puzzled so I told him just local park teams in Preston. Even more puzzled look !! He then says "so you never played professionally". My obvious reply is "no why did you think that" and you've guessed the response, "cos your using both feet".
So sad, so true.
What do they do in training all week ?
