We need to find a more reliable 1st choice.If possible i'd be selling both Mendy and Zinchenko.

Chilwell would have been a great buy,better than Ake IMO.

In a weird way, having Zinchenko and Delph both come in and do a job, especially during a title winning season skewed the whole thing. If they don't do that then we buy a Lb.

However it's now proven that we need one regardless as it's been 18mth of weakness. Not only a weakeness when defending but we lose a player going forward. Plenty of top clubs in Europe are getting assists and goals purely through having a proper left sided option. We have no LB, LW or left footed CM like Dave tieing it all together

Perhaps the club should be looking at other clubs recruitment teams and then if necessary persuade them to join us . I am sure we must be an attractive option for people to consider it a " step up " withoutwishing to sound too arrogant.

Leicester seem to recruit some good players so perhaps their system identifies the right potential .

What’s Brian Marwood and Garry Cooke up to? They bought some quality players that made up the back bone of a team for 3 managers over a decade, we get too obsessed with being Barcelona, that was ten years ago look where they are now. Soriano has done a good job at growing the financials of the club, could you say the same for Txiki?
