If it isn't deliberate then he's a bit of a clumsy ****. Most players manage to go through their entire careers without running over the top of people's heads.

Once, you can argue it's an accident, but twice?
He had a huge pitch to place his foot and twice he has now stamped on someone's head?
He was well aware on both occasions that the person's head was there; he could've leapfrogged, put his foot slightly to the side, or simply just collapsed and fallen.
When players go in with the keeper at speed, they are able to avoid serious contact most of the time, so why couldn't he, when he can clearly see what is going to happen?
