Always look forward to this along with a few single malts.
I've got Cabrera Bello £10ew @100/1 with Sky bet. Jumped on him pdq at that price. He might not win but he's a good chance of placing top eight, which is what they're offering.
Might do a few smaller punts this week. Anyone else having a dabble?

Patrick Reed (40s) and Louis Oosthuizen for me....

Don't expect either to win but be in top 8

Day to win but odds to skinny to have a punt

Jason Day and Louie for me,not very original choices, not going to see much of it,as im in Vegas at the moment....

Betting wise the US Masters and St Andrews British open consistently attract top quality winners, attract multiple winners and many of the same people place well consistently.

I've had some good betting wins over the years with Faldo, olazabal, Watson and Langer based on betting on previous winners at good odds and a few very close ones. Though still annoyed i did lay off my Louis - Bet on last years open.

I am edging towards Big Phil, distance is less important than experience and short game at Augusta and he was showing a little form recently. I think he could have one more in him at a decent price. Can't stand him either so it will make it less painful if he wins
