I can't see why it's obvious at all, I'd have thought it would be in UEFA's interest to hold fire until the CAS decision is revealed. After all if they announce a ban and then CAS come out and say the investigation was seriously flawed they'd going to look even more stupid. And of course if they do announce a ban then we'd immediately appeal against it (I presume the appeal is time limited) which would put another case in front of CAS.I thought this was always the case. City going to the CAS was a pre-emptive move and a declaration of intent. The UEFA process will obviously have to run its course. That has been made clear in previous coverage. Lipton is clueless. I presume that City know a ban is coming and that's why they have been so strong in their attack on UEFA. We have publically said the process is biased and our commercial rivals have been involved in a campaign against us. That is as clear as day. We are putting all our eggs in the CAS basket because we know we will never get a fair hearing from UEFA which is riddled with corruption.
This is pure click bait by The Scum, I've no doubt it's correct that UEFA can continue but I just can't see them doing it.
