3) If UEFA cite or want to review our sponsorship deals given this new so-called evidence, then they will 100% have to open an investigation into PSG otherwise the bent nature of UEFA will be 100% transparent even to a half-wit. OH hang on, CAS ruled UEFA would not be allowed to re-open the previously settled PSG case. Why would it be any different for us?
4) Although CAS say each case is treated individually they upheld appeals by Galatasary & PSG saying their cases could not be re-opened. How are we different?
This is a long & sustained attack on the Club from all quarters now from some media with agenda & UEFA (G14). Time to get tough. If UEFA cite us and CAS for some reason uphold it then we need to contest the legality of FFP, win or lose, I don't care.
The most rediculous part of all of this is PSG seem to be in the clear now & they have a man on the inside at UEFA!!!
In any case the media, UEFA & the alleged ring leaders (FSG) of the PL backlash are making clear & sustained attempts to damage the club's reputation & finances, by at the very least trytng to make us less attractive to sponsors.
Well, as far as i know, PSG has not yet got the ruling of their appeal to the CAS.
PSG is not on the clear since they have been in not stopping investigation from the 2017 summer window to now. UEFA investigation is just on hold till CAS ruling. Be sure that even if the ruling is in favor of PSG, they'll still open an investigation for the next 3 year period which coincide with Mbappé and Neymar acquisitions.
The likely difference between PSG/Galatasaray cases and City is UEFA tried to change their own "sanctions" without new element in the former cases.
In regards of City case, this is UEFA stance :

City were fined £49 million ($92m) for breaching FFP regulations in 2014, while UEFA warned in November that any investigation could be re-opened should new information from the time of that sanction come to light.
The problem with UEFA is they can do pretty much what they want but, thankfully and hopefully, CAS reign them in a bit.
Also, PSG president got his seat thanks to an election by clubs president (ECA). Unless he managed to bribe the whole european clubs, i don't see the ruckus with that nomination. UEFA just processed the choice made by the ECA. I mean, if PSG had bribed UEFA as people believe, they didn't get their money worth. They are under investigation and they are not even in the referee favors.
