I wasn't exactly sure.

I remember a thread on here when Party got his UEFA gig and maybe confused it with some of the stuff mentioned about Gill in it.

I'm glad the CAS commented too. From their few comments it seems as though they would be on the side of truth it goes to them after a verdict is delivered. Maybe that's why UEFA aren't eager to announce anything - because the noose will tighten as soon as they do.

Or was he pushed? His 'resignation' came out of the blue following the IC investigation. There are similarities with Peter Walton 'resigning' from PGMOL to take up an new position in the USA when the word was that he was fired for being a corrupt bastard.

He's a proper ballbag, from reading the documents there's nothing to suggest CAS are with UEFA at all.

They seem to be getting behind the AC Milan case which has virtually no bearing on our matters, I can see once CAS get hold of this UEFA will back down & rescind any punishment they try to hand out to us as it'll all go nuclear and the shaddows behind this will be exposed otherwise.
