just to play devils advocate (and not for any points scoring) did the CAS judgement not say (paraphrasing) that the leaks may have come out after a judgement by the IC had been arrived at and as such this did not mean that the judgement itself may have been biased?

What gets me is they reopened the investigations 1 day before the 5 year timeline on stolen leaked emails!! 100 of thousands Emails that mainly only picked out city emails! So that tells me someone was paying this guy to Steal them and look for shit on us! I’d say it’s the fcuking yanks.

Little did we think the Yanks in Liverpool would be causing City the most trouble, rather than the Yanks in Trafford.
 
Would be amusing if City ended up quids in as a result of Liverpool and Man Utd inspired leaks. If only.

That's genuinely not acceptable. It's impossible for anyone to write that if they've read the original stories properly.

Pep almost certainly knows everything. I think if he didn't know what the club knew, then he'd have his doubts about the future of the club.
We know how desperate everyone at the club is to keep Pep and if they're confident in themselves they'd share it with him if it kept him on board.

Reassuringly, Pep seems quite on board so it must mean the club are VERY confident with the info they've got.
