Fuck me that's a whopper right there The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) dismissed the club's claims, stating they were "groundless" and "unacceptable in tone". so not Leterme/UEFA then?
FFS they can't even get the story correct even though they only have to cut and paste it. The BBC does not understand the difference between UEFA and CAS.

The biased BBC reporting on CAS and UEFA have got their latest article wrong.

Article
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51483162
Has been written factually incorrect.
The article reports:
"The Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) dismissed the club's claims, stating they were "groundless" and "unacceptable in tone".
In reality those comments were made by Mr Leterme, from UEFA, the organisation City were complaining about.
The article is incorrect, misleading and damaging to Manchester City football club.
There is institutional bias against Manchester City from the BBC and this is another example.

Please complain to the BBC if you want?
I just laughed when I read it, unbelievably shit reporting, a new low for them.

I would like to think that, if we are forced into a position where we have to appeal, the appeal grounds will be extended to include the fundamental corruption lying behind the introduction of FFP in the first place. Get Platini, Gill, Rumenigga, Parry et al into the box to explain how the original intention of FFP to control debt was subverted by their clubs as described by Platini in his interview with Martin Samuel (Exhibit 1)
No chance.

Complain to Ofcom, they not only regulate the BBC but now also regulate the internet
I looked at doing this but they seem to say they handle compaints for TV and radio but not "what people write or post on the internet"?

I informed the BBC it was factually incorrect 7 hours ago but they have still not corrected it. I don't think it's a coincidence no reporter put a name to the article?

Up with the lark this morning to enjoy my daily fix of "The Magic UEFA Roundabout", or "How the plotting of Gill, Parry and others brought UEFA down".
Geez, I am enjoying this.

Also complained. Embarrassingly inaccurate, regardless of any bias or personal feelings, to mix up UEFA and CAS is playground stuff and shows they were too busy writing something negative about city to actually fact check or provide any background.

What gets me is they reopened the investigations 1 day before the 5 year timeline on stolen leaked emails!! 100 of thousands Emails that mainly only picked out city emails! So that tells me someone was paying this guy to Steal them and look for shit on us! I’d say it’s the fcuking yanks.

That's not really accurate.

The investigation was opened some time before that.
The 5 year deadline was the cutoff date for the IC to send it to the AC, which they did, with City commenting that they hadn't engaged with their questions.

My memory suggests that the hacked haul had a lot about other clubs which were reported by individual country media where they were interested; even Spiegel apparently reported the Germany-related stuff, but the British media didn't.
